Description
The course gives an introduction how to analyse qPCR data in the powerful statistic tool CRAN and its extensions the R packages (qpcR) and Bioconductor packages (ddCt). The whole work flow of analysing qPCR data will be presented. Fees (+19% VAT): Academic (660€), Industry (880€). Lunches are included in the course fees.

In this course the participants get an overview of existing R packages for qPCR data analysis and learn how to handle the specific software. After the course the participants are able to analyze own data in the open sourece R software.
