qPC-R - data analysis using R packages (2 days)
The course gives an introduction how to analyse qPCR data in the powerful statistic tool CRAN and its extensions the R packages (qpcR) and Bioconductor packages (ddCt). The whole work flow of analysing qPCR data will be presented.
